Interior and exterior renovation of 378 bed nursing facility. The project upgraded and replaced building components / systems which affect the building's integrity in order to enable the facility to continue to support the patients' quality of life and clinical needs.
trenton state prison | new jersey
Trenton State Prison is a correctional facility for approximately 800 men. It borders downtown Trenton and therefore it was critical for the design to be sensitive to the surrounding areas. The outdoor recreational spaces were turned inward and the building itself became the screening for these areas.
The East Building at the Hebrew Home for the Aged is located in Riverdale, Bronx, New York. It was the last building constructed as part of a master plan that included several additions to an existing facility on the Hudson River overlooking the Palisades.
